Enhancements

Voice Tags Can Be Shared Across Inspection Items
You can now use the same voice tag for common comment or issue Quick Text across inspection items.  This should reduce the number of unique voice tags you are trying to memorize.

Improved Recognition Accuracy for Voice Tags
Only voice tags related to the current inspection item selected are enabled therefore reducing the number of voice tags the system is listening for and improving accuracy.

Improved Layout for Settings/Global Photos
The layout for the Global Photos pages was modified slightly to improve usability, flow and display of data.

Improved Quick Text Insertion
When inserting Quick Text from the Quick Text picker, the cursor is placed at the end of the inserted Quick Text instead of jumping all the way to the end of the note.  Additionally, the Quick Text marker that was placed at the end of the Quick Text has been removed.

Contact Import and Export
You can now import and export contacts on the Associated page.  Refer to the knowledge base article for a step by step guide on exporting contacts from Outlook and importing them into Interspect Voice.

Export Quick Text
You can now export Quick Text from the Settings/Quick Text screen.  When exporting, you can choose to export as text for bulk editing in the spreadsheet template or export as RTF to retain the formatting.  Exporting as RTF allows you to export the Quick Text from one machine and import it into another machine running Interspect Voice.

Export and Import Speech Profiles
You can now export and import speech profiles on the Settings/Voice page.  This allows you to train one profile on your primary machine and move a copy of the profile over to your backup machine or desktop.

Export and Email Binders as Single PDF File
You can now choose to export or email your binders as a single PDF file instead of separate files for each binder section.  If a single PDF is chosen, each section of the binder is merged into a single PDF document in the order specified in the binder.  You can also set a default preference for this on your Settings/Preferences page.

Improved Layout and Process for Attribute Picker
The attribute picker has been redesigned to make it easier to use and eliminate problems when displaying long attributes in the lists.

Customize Key Voice Commands
A new section has been added to the Settings/Voice page allowing you to customize some of the key voice commands used during a voice inspection.  You can now change the voice commands for beginning and ending a voice inspection, start and stopping dictation for item comments and issues, and adding quick text.  So for all of you that have always wanted to say, "Hello, HAL do you read me, HAL?" to start a voice inspection, have fun!

• Fixed issue with dictation not ending in a carriage return/linefeed combination causing a problem with repagination on the Report View/Print page.
• Fixed issue on the Report Title page where changes to the design were not being saved back when the Copy to Template button was clicked.
• Fixed issue with Inspection Item statuses set in a a room not consistently aggregating to the system level and report.
• Fixed issue with the inspection item statuses not getting updated properly when new rooms having common inspection items were added or deleted.
• Fixed issue with importing Quick Text causing crash when replacing existing Quick Text that had Global Photos inserted.
• Fixed issue with Room Status check boxes not hiding and VCR buttons not showing if room tab is selected in System Mode and a new inspection item is selected from the grid.
• Fixed issue when adding Quick Text containing more than one Global Photo positioned side-by-side causing the Global Photos to be placed under each other.
  Fixed issue with generating Roman Numerals when importing new Report Types
  Removed option on docking panels to Hide All windows which caused them to disappear for good.
• Fixed issue with [PHOTO] tags so they could be deleted manually if no images were synchronized.
• Fixed issue with About dialog not closing if open when the user exits the application.
